In 2005, Equity Builders, Inc. was founded upon 13 years of contracting experience.  Growing up in New England, Joe honed his skills alongside his Dad, also a professional contractor. After high school, Joe left his Father’s apprenticeship for Northeastern University in Boston, MA, where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering.  During his tenure in Boston, Joe utilized his experience and put himself through school with contracting jobs. Post graduation, Joe utilized his engineering degree worked in the manufacturing industry as a product engineer.  It was here that Joe developed a great deal of technical knowledge in the field of electromechanical engineering.  After a couple years of corporate life Joe began to feel the grind, igniting an itch within him to flee the harsh winters of New England. Within 3 short years working as a carpenter and a superintendent in San Diego, Joe teamed up with Kevin Ollila to construct Equity Builders, Inc.  

 

Kevin has more than 28 years experience making repairs and renovations to our customers homes and properties. He has extensive experience in remodels, custom homes and finish carpentry.
